About:
My name is Tiffany Chandler and I have been competing as an IFBB Fitness Professional since 2011. I am the mother of Stallings and wife of Coach JC. We live in Alabama where I work full time for Huntingdon College and train under the International Federation of Body Building.
I grew up playing all types of sports, however gymnastics stuck with me. I was a gymnast at Auburn University for the 2004 & 2005 Seasons. I received my Bachelor’s Degree and my Master’s Degree from Troy University in Sports & Fitness Management in 2010. I cheered during those years at Troy and then became the Head Coach in 2013. Now that I am a new mom and retired from coaching, I want to finally spend time with those who ask questions and are interested in maintaining a healthy & fit lifestyle.
Through gymnastics and cheerleading I have personally dealt with my own nutritional struggles as well as disorders. Being able to share that journey and help others to learn about themselves and control these orders is my calling whether you want a healthy kick start for day-to-day activities or wanting to step on stage as a competitor, SugarShredz can make a dream a reality for you!
