The Fitbit Force is the most popular Fitbit device, with a worldwide market share of about 85% according to market research firm Strategy Analytics.
The device has become so popular that it now has a loyal following and even has its own Facebook page.
It’s been downloaded more than 8.4 million times on the platform, with more than 300 million active users worldwide.
The latest edition of the Fitbit Watch is also the most affordable in the company’s history, costing $329.99.
A new version of the wearable is coming soon, but its release date has not yet been confirmed.
As the new fitness tracker, Fitbit has also been working on a new fitness app that will compete with the likes of Nike Fuelband and Adidas’ new Running Dynamics app.
While the new app is still in development, the first public beta of it will hit the App Store on August 31.
