Fit girl fitness is on the rise, thanks to the popularity of the online platform, Orangetheories Fitness.
With a growing list of women embracing the sport, the Orangitheory Fitness community is now more than 200,000 strong.
And according to founder and CEO Jennifer Hildebrand, they’ve grown from there.
“There’s no question that the online fitness community has helped us grow exponentially,” she says.
“People are looking for something different and more challenging.”
In fact, Orangeheories has become a “game changer” in terms of female fitness.
Its fitness community is the largest online fitness platform in the world, and it boasts more than 1.5 million members.
And with more than 8,500 members, Oranges are among the most popular female fitness communities online.
Hildebrands first foray into the fitness world was in the late ’90s, when she started her own gym in her backyard.
Now, with her gym at home and her online community of 5,000 members, she is one of the biggest names in the fitness industry.
The biggest thing that makes her successful, says Hildebert, is her passion for fitness.
She is passionate about her clients, the fitness community, and even her business, Orangsports.
She was the first female coach in the industry to have her own training studio and she’s also a certified personal trainer.
Hildemand believes that her company is the “perfect fit” for female fitness, and that Orangesports is the perfect platform to help women achieve their fitness goals.
“Women need to be able to compete on a level playing field,” she explains.
“It’s really important for women to feel that they’re competing against men, and women need to feel like they’re not alone.”
In addition to providing support and support for women, Orgsports offers women an opportunity to earn money.
In fact the company offers an “unpaid internship” that gives women opportunities to work on their fitness careers.
And since the company has been founded in 2015, it has expanded to include a wide range of services for female clients, from a health-focused fitness and nutrition service to a self-defense training program.
“I think women are getting really strong about it,” Hildeberts business partner, Sarah Evers, adds.
“They want to know that they are valued and that they deserve a chance to do what they want to do, and not just be treated like a disposable paycheck.”
It’s important to note that Orangethes fitness community does not only focus on women, but also other genders.
“We have a really diverse range of genders,” says Hildegts co-founder, Kate Loh.
“You can look at it as a really inclusive community.”
It helps that Orangehes Fitness has partnered with a number of other fitness companies and has partnered up with other organizations like the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
While Oranghes Fitness is the biggest online fitness company, the company is also expanding beyond fitness and into other areas.
The company partnered up last year with the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) to provide fitness training to women athletes, and has also partnered up to provide women with a health and wellness program.
While the company does not have a female-only fitness center, Hildebers business partner says it does have “a huge female-centric fitness center that’s open to all genders.”
“We’re looking to do more for the fitness business,” she continues.
“When we do, we’re looking for ways to create value for women and make them feel valued.”
The company has also started its own fitness studio and fitness academy, which it says is a “big deal.”
The Oranghetory Fitness Academy offers women a full range of fitness programs, including a range of classes including bodyweight exercises, cardio and strength training.
The gym also offers an extensive range of equipment and clothing, including t-shirts, leggings, workout shorts, swimsuits, swim caps, and bikini tops.
The Orangerethors gym is located at the Orangesport complex in New York City, and Hildeand says that women can also opt for a private workout facility.
Hildabrand says that the fitness studio is one step closer to becoming an Orangethory Fitness gym, because the company will now be able offer a full-service gym for female employees, too.
And Hildebring says that this is a huge step in the right direction.
“At Orangheories we want to empower women,” she adds.
As more and more women find themselves with an interest in fitness, Hilderets hope that Orangsport will also be the first gym in the United States that will also cater to female clients.
And, if Orangotheory is successful, it could also be a boon for women in general.
