From here, you’re able to set up alarms and set alarms on your calendar so you don’t miss any of your workouts.
You can also choose to receive a free monthly subscription to Total Fitness so you’ll never miss a workout again.
This means you won’t have to worry about waking up to an alarm because your Total Fitness account has a separate alarm provider.
