A fitness blogger has put together a tutorial on how to get fit and sexy with girls in the beach.
The exercise was inspired by the body weight of girls in Australia’s popular beach club The Beach Club, which is a hotbed for female body positivity and sexual liberation.
It also involves some serious swimming, which you may have seen in the hit Netflix show Orange is the New Black.
Fitness blogger and fitness trainer Emily O’Neill, 25, created a video series titled, “The Beach Club Fitness Project.”
She explains that in order to be a great beach fitness model, you need to be fit.
